Resetting your body’s natural clock is a great way to create a better sleep schedule for yourself to ensure you are well rested every night!

Gradual Changes

Resetting your body’s natural clock won’t happen in one night, so it’s important to make gradual changes to your schedule. If you can go to bed earlier, start with going to bed 15 minutes earlier each night to allow your body to get used to the change slowly. This way, when you reach your ideal bedtime, your body will adjust without hours of tossing and turning before falling asleep.

Workouts

Exercising is essential for a healthy body and mind, but it is also crucial for sleep. Everyone should strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day, whether it means going to a workout class at the gym or taking a walk at lunch. If you challenge your body every day with some sort of workout, you’ll help to keep your mind alert and sharp, and you’ll be more tired when it’s time for bed at night.
