Every year, millions of people make their New Year’s resolution to go to bed earlier or to get more quality sleep. As more research comes out with conclusions that sleep deprivation is hindering our overall health and leading to health problems that may eventually kill us. If you’ve tried all the sleep tricks and nothing’s worked for you, you may need some outside forces to help you get to sleep. One tool that is great for creating a calm sleep environment is a Himalayan salt lamp, which helps to purify the air. These claims are backed up by science, but the comforting soft glow given off by the lamp may be enough to put you in a more relaxed state, allowing you to sleep better throughout the night.
